Empanadas

There is a great shop in Dee Why that sells empanadas. The seem really authentic and are certainly delicious. Anyway, for dinner tonight I've cooked some mince and beans to make a filling for my own version. Of course, I'll be using frozen pastry, which is a cheat, I know. I've always been afraid of making pastry. The rolling is also a pain. I'm way too lazy for all that effort!
